Yeah, that’s why Arch is almost the only distro that keeps everything installed natively. All other distros either have a troublesome workaround or only support flatpaks.
Rolling release just keeps everyone on the same pace. Yes, they break sometimes, but on the long run it just works.
Does this also apply to Twitter? The EU regulations could be the only way to get projects like Nitter back.

The things that happened first with Twitter and now with Reddit, proved to me that it’s pointless to put trust in closed-source. So even if they decide to revert changes (which they won’t do), I lost my trust already. Why do I have to rely on them if alternatives are available?
Decentralization and FOSS are the solution. They have their problems. True, but they solve many BS in social media.
