I even upgraded the system without a clean installation and everything worked perfectly and I have huge customization in my pc.

My rule of thumb is, if he doesn’t give you the solution right off the bat he won’t give you one. If that happens either fix it yourself or start a new chat and reformulate the question completely.
I read Ken’s book and it seems he always painted himself in the best of lights. At the same time, even from his own POV, he always came off as screwing his workers.
Blow on it really hard.
Not much, just stare at Luigi’s picture and droll.
I’ve been here since the API exodus. I still go on reddit sometimes but found myself frequenting Lemmy a lot more. It’s just better and the slow growing is quite noticeable. Gone were the days where you were always checking for new posts.
Welcome friend! I’ve been keeping your seat warm * mini-fart *
They are both a docker-compose on the same machine.
Maybe Musk should sue them…
Not only do I don’t mind multiple instances, I welcome it. It’s a feature for me, not a bug. But having to create multiple accounts is a no-no and what keeps people away. People say you only need one but that’s not true if you want to be active in multiple instances.
If the fediverse had a way to unify account creation, that would be a game changer. It’s pretty much what’s holding the fediverse down, be it Lemmy, Pixelfed, PeerTube, etc. It’s frustrating because without that limitation I could see the corpos being given a run for their money.
It’s a common proverb in Portuguese, not just in Brazil.
It’s been four months but I wanted to say here you were the only one close to the solution.
I’ve went from 7 to LTSC. I didn’t realize how cool LTSC was until I had to use a W10 machine at work. There’s a good chance I’ll go full Linux when the support ends but I’ll have enough time to consider it.
Exactly. There’s no way they’ll allow him to speak his mind or allow the people to rally in his support in a huge trial. They find him, he’s dead. The “how” they’ll figure it out. Happy cop trigger, killed while trying to escape, heart attack, attacked by a bear, hit by meteorite. They’ll come up with something, mark my words.
The correct URL appears in the browser but the page shows a 404. According to the logs they don’t exist…but they’re there…
It was the first “solution” on google. Didn’t work.
I already went through that. I wouldn’t post here without starting with the official documentation.
I also used Spotify but it has a serious problem. There’s no guarantee your contents will be always available. I had music there that, for whatever reason, was removed and I can no longer listen to it. Not to mention music that was never available there. I don’t want them to control what I can and can’t listen.
Now I only use Jellyfin. It works great (except on Android Auto, but they’ll get there). Sure I have to download the MP3 but you only have to do it once and then it will always be there. Just use spotDL and rip the music right out of Spotify with all the metadata.
Same, but I skipped manjaro and popOS. And I used slackware at the college computers. Debian still wins for me, it came a long way.
