Heck yeah! I’ve been trying to replicate /r/FloatingIsFun’s post flairs for years on [email protected] . PieFed makes everything look better. I hope Lemmy and Mbin add these post flairs too. Mbin tags get halfway there but it’s not the same.

Besides Mbin, I’ve been using Sharkey a lot. It’s really nice! I also want to use Peertube and Owncast more.

A Retroid Pocket 4 Pro? That thing is an emulation beast. For me, I’d be right at home playing Dreamcast and PSP games with RetroAchievements turned on. But this thread isn’t about emulation.

I bet [email protected] runs great on this thing. Dead Cells and Streets of Rage 4 seem to be popular picks too. I’d look into unofficial ports like RSDK, Ship of Harkinian, Open XCOM, Open Lara, and D1X-Redux. The Retroid front end can probably install some of those for you.

Which handheld do you have? The games depends on the screen size and buttons available. Without that information, [email protected] is the only safe bet I have.

I’d say ani.social is in need of a retro anime community. Go create one! I might join it, even. I hear people talk about the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (2006) like it’s retro now and I feel really old.

Sub.rehab can help you find equivalent communities to the subreddits you visit. If there isn’t a Fediverse version of your community yet, start your own. That’s what I did.

Gah, it happened again. This reply to this Bluesky post didn’t make it to Bluesky. I wonder if it’s because I included two links to Xitter.

Whoa, yeah. I sent a second reply, and that time it actually made it to Bluesky. I’ll chalk it up to early adopter jank. We’re used to it on Lemmy and Mbin.

I’m trying Bridgy Fed, but it’s too janky. My Bluesky friends and I are able to follow each other and see each others’ posts. But, I tried to respond to a Bluesky post and Bluesky never saw my reply.

Oh! I didn’t know it was actually against the game’s code of conduct to ram like this. In that case, ramming is breaking a rule, and the offender should be reported and punished. What is the punishment for ramming like this, anyway? Is this win taken away from them?

If the developers don’t want players to ram each other, that rule should be enforced by the game itself. Either don’t have realistic collisions between players, or prevent cars from going offroad after a collision, or instantly take away the offender’s money or points.

Fighting game tournaments usually allow everything that’s possible in the game engine, but there are exceptions like intentionally crashing the game.
