And by then they’ll already have declared martial law.

This is cool - I hadn’t heard of it. This article describes it (while being suspiciously similar to the press release itself): https://newatlas.com/automotive/mahle-perfect-electric-motor/
What’s the last significant tech development you remember? They’re all just monopolistic lobbying firms.
I have really high hopes that Ladybird picks up the slack
May the shittiest company lose (before both being blasted into the sun)
We can even replace “Nazi sympathizer” with a shorthand designation: “Nazi”
That’s called McFusion
Nuh-uh, you’re stupid.
(Chat, rewrite my rebuttal.)
Please bro just one more algorithm bro…
Thank you for taking the time on this really interesting write up. I enjoy coffee (a lot) but haven’t gotten into the more technical aspects. This was helpful to hear the benefit of sifting, and of course, using good grinders, but I’m glad to know that someone with much more coffee expertise than myself doesn’t feel the need to sift their grounds regularly.
And yet, two typos in this sentence alone… I hope you’re more careful about proofreading your configs.
On my way to open Super Mario Basketball Camp for Dogs (Especially Golden Retrievers)®️
Source for this? I don’t doubt it but would love to be able to reference something.
These predatory companies make such a huff, like an abusive partner storming out while shouting “you don’t know what you’re missing!”
We do know, and we’ll be fine. 👋
From the article:
"…journalist Liz Pelly has conducted an in-depth investigation, and published her findings in Harper’s—they are part of her forthcoming book Mood Machine: The Rise of Spotify and the Costs of the Perfect Playlist.
…
"Now she writes:
‘What I uncovered was an elaborate internal program. Spotify, I discovered, not only has partnerships with a web of production companies, which, as one former employee put it, provide Spotify with “music we benefited from financially,” but also a team of employees working to seed these tracks on playlists across the platform. In doing so, they are effectively working to grow the percentage of total streams of music that is cheaper for the platform.’
In other words, Spotify has gone to war against musicians and record labels."
