They’d gotten especially cash grabby since I had started playing and then they disabled Linux and Steam Deck compatibility using them as the scapegoats for their inability to fix their shitty anti-cheat. News flash, there’s still a bunch of cheaters because the cheats are made for Windows players.

The original Overwatch. I also know Apex Legends hasn’t been cancelled, but they also took away Linux compatibility so it is essentially cancelled for Linux. That’s one I miss.

Like I said in my previous comment. I also play on Linux and have been for years since season 12. I have not been banned. I also know people who have been banned on Windows who supposedly didn’t cheat. Maybe they did something toxic in game. We can’t really know what actually happened.

They don’t. I’ve been playing Apex on Linux for years now. Apex is doing ban waves for cheaters. OP likely did something that looked like or was cheating.

To be honest, the nerfs killed it and the buffs didn’t go to the things we enjoyed playing with like the quasar. It went to a lot of other things, but we came back and it still felt awful

More like, if only they’d be PC friendly. I’m tired of consoles.

Also, Steam/Valve helps make Linux gaming possible. Hi-rez doesn’t do Linux support. Can’t play their games even if I wanted to.

It isn’t. Having to look up everything about a game to know how to play doesn’t make a fun game. I quit games with convoluted solutions. I’m not a Dark Souls player for that reason.

I already cancelled. Fuck adobe. I’ll use Krita and Gimp.
