It sucks that waiting for a sale might only bring down to the original $50 new full price it used to be.
Just have to wait longer I guess.¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I’m still definitely gonna watch it. It’ll be bad, but I’m gonna watch it.
Not like in the theater for money. After it’s floating out on the high seas.
But even if it’s bad it’s still a nostalgia trip back to something that was undeniably amazing.
I saw matrix 4 twice and liked it. Sue me. Fight me lol
Oops lol
If it’s not a 32hr workweek, I don’t wanna hear about it. There are some jobs in tech on indeed that are advertising 4x10s, fuck that shit.
This article specifically states 4x32. So that’s good. Should be in the title but I’m a pedant.
Everyone should, every job should be able to take advantage of this. Hire more people to compensate.
Billionaires don’t want this, so I’m super pessimistic. But if we keep talking about it and pushing for it, maybe someday…
Edit: 4x8 not 4x32…
I find that communication is an underrated skill among software engineers
The problem, which is sometimes too common, is if they have too good communication skills combined with lacking technical skills. These are the ones that BS their way up the ladder, while screwing over the people that count on them, because their code sucks (the actual important part, for a SW engineer).
But yeah if you’re both good technically and a communicator, you’re pretty damn valuable. Personally, I’d be willing to muscle through terrible comm skills if the technical talent that matters was there.
Very fucking GOOD.
Fuck this made me giggle
Yeah, to think that the CIA or other gov agencies don’t have all this info would be naive. Snowden showed us some of the extent of private info gathering.
It’s not certain, and there’s also the work and energy to analyze this huge amount of data, but we should cautiously assume they have everything.
And with advancements in AI it will become increasingly easier to parse the data.
Very dystopian.
Subnautica vibes.
For now…

I fucking hate python. Fuck your stupid tabs/spaces bullshit.
Eh, I don’t think this is the best solution.
The assumption is as soon as you turn 17 you’re smart enough and have the critical thinking skills to navigate social media without it negatively affecting you? Kinda dumb.
There could be an argument that at least try to block it while young peoples brains are still developing, maybe there’s benefit in that.
Older people than 16 are still duped by propaganda, and become addicted to social media, and all the negative consequences.
What we need is regulation imo. Good, smart, progressive, altruistic regulation that is for the benefit of all. Ain’t gonna happen though, because sOcIaLiSm and “mUh FrEeDoMs”.
Never enjoyed multiplayer or coop stuff. Subjective but I don’t get it. I’m not competitive and don’t care about ‘git gud’ just for the sake of it, or bragging rights, or something.
A good campaign is what I want. Major bonus points for a campaign that is so good its got multiple run replay value.
You got one too you better go talk to 'em, it wasn’t me though I swear

It’s too expensive. $500 is already too much for these things.
But capitalism’s gotta capitalism.

Just cutscenes, no gameplay, as always with these trailers. Cutscenes look nice but that doesn’t mean shit.
Why can’t they show at least a glimpse of gameplay.
