i keep returning to BSPWM. Every now and then i try out Gnome or Cinnamon, but always find myself returning to my tiling BSPWM setup.
The only thing i miss from time to time is an actual alt-tab window switcher that you have in more ordinary window managers.
There is some kind of like alternatives, but i haven’t found anything that actual can fully replace it
“modern”, when it comes to terminals, usually translates to Javascript / web / electron
But Thunderbird still doesn’t support outlook calendar etc right?

bspwm - i do miss alt-tab from time to time.
I know there is a few sxkhd entries that sort of mimics it, but I miss something like gnome or cinnamon alt-tab

Well, brave IS just chrome for crypto bros, so I would guess them “looking into it” is just them waiting for Google to update chrome
You fetch them over WAN each time, as it would was more secure?
I wonder what would this would mean if people was using ssh connections through vscode
I have been trying to get my own mastodon instance up and running behind traefik this weekend
I maneged to get it up and running yesterday, but I get some permission errors when trying to upload like a profile image etc.
I found a few issues that sort of mentioned permission errors, but they suggested running chown in the container, which is not possible, and running chown on the linked volume, which looks like an empty folder, and it didn’t solve the issue.
Hoping to fix it when I get back home later.
It’s nice to have something to fiddle with as the world is falling apart around you.
