  • I agree with you. Alot of hypocrites in lemmy.world. Think that censorship is okay when they are the ones doing it and it suits they’re agenda. I personally am of the belief that we shouldn’t censor any speech. No matter how uncomfortable it might make you me or them feel. Any kind of censorship should be condemned including Lemmy.world and lemmy.ml censorship. I think that both tankie nutcases and MAGA nutcases have a right to freedom of speech and expression. but so does everyone else.

  • That’s nice. Hopefully thanks to this outcome. More niche hobbyist community’s will appear on lemmy And hopefully less auth left tankies I would like to see more posts and communities that bring more people together and not apart. Arts and crafts,Gaming, music,History,Exercise,Cooking, foraging Essentially the world’s the oyster. There’s a million hobbies out there I would hope there’s a good amount of Lemmy communities based upon those hobbies

  • Sudo apt install librewolf

    Sudo apt install flatpak

    Flatpak install librewolf

If that doesn’t work then I recommend you try just installing it from your package manager of choice

But if that doesn’t work then I don’t know what else I can do for you mate. Firefox broke on my version of Linux mint just uninstalled it and used unchromeium Linux and it’s subsequent distros can be quite weird at times

  • Epic games store is honestly quite decent m8 I’ve been using it since 2020. Some of the good things I’ve noticed on epic games is

    • free games

    • alot of the sales for games can be cheaper than steam sales

It’s hardly no different to steam gog or any other game launched out there although it lacks official linux support which is a negative in my books when it comes to privacy I’ll argue they’re both as bad as each other if you think your being smart by avoiding epic games because it’s owned by tencent and your concerned for your privacy then you should stop using steam ubisoft ea gog and the many other launchers as well they’re both as invasive when it comes to your privacy as the other plus hear me out… YOUR NOT THAT IMPORTANT I’m not sure the feds are coming after a 32 year old IT tech support worker because he said wrongthink on a tiny social media network

If your still super paranoid first uninstall all your game launchers then maybe pirate and look into foss alternatives or try GOG out you can install games on the Web without a launcher and the games don’t have invasive drm
