They become quiet quitters. Barely putting any effort in and doing the bare minimum.
Folks are not going to bail out company decisions to cull by working extra harder.
They tidy CV and look for next opportunity.

Some companies seem to thrive on regular culls in the name of operational efficiencies. All that happens is talent leaves the organisation and then those left behind struggle because expertise has gone.
It erodes good will and good will is something you can’t win back.
By the time things look like they are normalising, in comes another cull!
Never looked into using firefox but the enshitification has forced me to do so.
HP, permanent member of my shit list.
Yah, good job I have zero interest in Apple products so I can’t actually tell the difference when they start to brag about their phones!
Sometimes ignorance is bliss.
Therein lies the problem. We should never put ourselves in a position of corporate reliance.
Android I can believe but Windows. Come on, everyone shits on Windows lol
It’s beyond a cult. Say something against them and wow, they come at you.
Since my very first ipad 1 I’ve seen this company continue to screw it’s base but for some reason the base keeps drinking from the fountain.
Honestly, the base should be studied.
Its the same ethos of those CEOs that are demanding everyone must return to the office. No ifs, or buts.
They damage moral which takes years to build up, they further announce layoffs which destroys whatever moral was left.
These idiots never seem to be held accountable.
Honestly, these management types need to be case studied.
Yes slim, it’s shady.
In this digital era, you’d have thought they would know that it would leave a trail. Of course, it’s a calculated risk.
Yah, everyone just needs to cool down.
And yet their anti-consumer practices continues to be hailed by their loyal customer base.
It’s mind blowing.
“A fool and his money are soon parted.”
My Dragon 32 or 64 (can’t remember which it was) has a lot to answer for too!
Yah, so bizarre seeing a large room (because there are no available small rooms) with a single individual chatting on a meeting.
Is this how far humanity has come.
Also offices are so noisy.
Its a shit show. Staff can’t event send a text saying they are sick unless they use an approved business communication channel.
Worst still, if you receive said comms from staff on a non approved channel, eg your personal phone, you have to report it to HR.
There is no way bank’s can operate like that so the regulator is going to be lining their pockets for quite some time.
I read that as toll free and was wondering if I was missing something.
Yah, too early in the morning for me!
2017 was a long time ago.
Like with everything you need to invest time to learn the features. If you just want a phone with basic capabilities then you are better off getting other brands.
The spen itself is packed with so many features but rarely does anyone bother learning them. Samsung have developed a powerhouse for productivity and unfortunately that means I’m stuck with them because nothing else compares.
Everyone is on their own journey and I agree that it is not for everyone.
Bloat is negligible. In fact it is their software that keeps me stuck with samsung. Its a total superior hardware and software experience.
Just wished they hadn’t gone down the Apple courage route and bumped the price and pimped the features.
But don’t Samsung at least throw in the spen?
Hang on a sec, how do we know you’re not a bot lol
You raise a valid point. Hive mind and weaponising narrative is a danger to us all.
