That’s what that means, yes. Worked for me though.
It’s happened twice to me, I’m now 41. I was able to get it resolved both times but it was not easy and in the first case seriously hurt my credit score for seven years.
When you die your social is reused and assigned to someone else eventually.
This is not true, but often repeated. From SSA
This has happened many times. In the last city I lived in, a man went in to have a leg amputated and they got the wrong one, so he ended up with zero legs.
At one point in the campaign JD Vance suggested that people with children should get more votes than childfree people. I’m certain he, and many others, would be down for that.
Banks and nations. Saudi Arabia was a big contributor. I wonder why a theocratic dictatorship would want influence over a worldwide free speech platform?
That’s so fucking clever, I love it.
Around 2006, a woman was able to start an account with the local power company with my SSN and name. She said she was my girlfriend and was setting it up for me. I know this because the person setting up the account made a note of it at the time. She ran it up over $300 and then let them close it. I didn’t find out about it until a few years later when I had to set up electric in my name (lived with roommates from 2002 until like 2016). They told me they wouldn’t start a new account until I paid what I owed.
I don’t think this is possible anymore, but even at the time it’s unbelievable that it was allowed.
Altavista was the shit when it came out. My classmates and friends were surprised at how quick I was getting answers or general information. Altavista, that’s it. If you’re using Ask Jeeves or Yahoo you’re going to have a hard time.
I can’t remember how I found out about it, but it’s what I used until Google came out. Anyone know if they were the first to use web crawlers like that or did they just popularize the concept?
My challenger’s whole plastic front end is connected with zip ties at this point. Those pathetic plastic clips they use just break apart if you try to work on them. I realize my solution to preventing plastic dragging on the road is less important than preventing metal on metal contact though.
They will be neutered even further soon, they’re on the project 2025 list.
I once answered a phone call inside a com closet on base. Military IT was already escorting me. Security came because the cameras in the closet detected the camera on my phone. It’s definitely physically tight security.
I hear you for sure. I very much prefer local software and saved files local as well. The problem is there’s more money to be made doing it the other way. Unless it’s FOSS you can pretty much count on the company to follow the money.
I wouldn’t expect most users to understand how to use it, but has there not been a tiktok downloader made yet? If not that’s a good opportunity for someone looking for a project.
It does include the first two expansions that will come out and leader packs and shit. I have sunk far more hours into civ than any other game. I very rarely buy a game, maybe twice a year. So it was worth it to me. I’ll play it for 500+ hours and at that point it’s 30 cents an hour of entertainment.
This makes me want to switch but I’m ride or die Sync. I just manually look up the account age when I see someone spewing absolute bullshit. That icon would be helpful! How long does it last?
I was accepted, and my pick was Jean Lafitte. High seas pirates are allowed but maybe because I picked a real one and you picked a character! Try again.
Thank you, seriously. Those reddit “jokes” on every single thread, four deep of the same old shit, made he crazy. And they’re the top replies to the top comments. It’s so much better here.
At a place I worked many years ago I left because I was moving. I still had remote access to the cameras until they upgraded the system.
