The less you know about your history, the easier it is to imagine you’d always be on the right side of it.

Actually you can, but the programming takes a lot longer to compile and the programming language iitself is, to say the least, vague.
About fucking time
The increase in energy consumption globally is still bigger than the increase of energy production from renewables. When this happens, hopefully soon, we will start seing reductions in fossil fuel, and especially oil, cosumption. The adoption of EVs will increase further as soon as bettery cosy falls further, wich is expected in the next few years due to increased supply of lithium and thecnologiasl breakthroughs in EV energy mangement
Lets cross our fingers
NextCloud and BitWarden. But that’s a project for later down the road. Local and Foss all the way
Thank you for the suggestion.
I’m planning on buying an AMD GPU later this year and then, I’m planning on installing Linux on my Desktop since Windows 10 will not be supported.
Thanks for the advice.
Already bought a VPN subscription with PIA and also setup a private DNS with cloud-flare on my android smartphone and tablet. Will look into the PC settings later.
I LL take a look into Mullvad later as well since I saw it’s a fork of Firefox which makes it a very interesting prospect.
That won’t be necessary, because I completely uninstalled it and it’s not connected to the network anymore

Tbh, didn’t realised about all these things until I wrote them down
edit: formating
this is a video that everyone has to watch, and keep watching until it goes viral
proton mail is indeed very good
A bit of info about an “experiment” on the subject https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Popeye
I also use Nvidia GPUs on Windows. The thing is that They tend to have driver issues on Linux.
I’m also very disappointed with the closed architecture of their software, their recent price hiking in Europe and the fact that they stop supporting older GPUs
TL’DR. I don’t have a bad experience on Windows. At the same time it’s hard to switch to Linux, they dont have open source drivers and they don’t have long term support for their products by turning them obsolete through software
Hopefully by 2025 gaming in Linux will be greatly improved even more. Until then I’ll keep using Windows 10 and I’ll start saving for an AMD card
May I suggest the use of ZigBee protocol devices instead of WiFi or Tuya. You will need a ZigBee dongle in HA but it will work locally without cloud intervals.Zigbee also creates a mesh network , so it has less connectivity issues. It should be noted that not all kinds of sensors and devices use the ZigBee protocol.
I have bought a lot of Sonoff products myself. The temperature/humidity sensors work excellent and on the spot. On the contrary the door sensors (2 out of 3 )tend to disconnect. The same goes for the motion sensors.
I ll try my luck with the aqara sensors.
I think this issue is mostly a USA one, considering that most communications there have caps (data, phone time, SMS etc.) Paradoxically, the market there doesn’t work very well and prices are relatively high. Big corporations take advantage of it to lock people to their ecosystems. There is a high probability that this issue, will be regulated by the EU, since US policy makers are unable to solve much more important problems. For them this is not an issue. The market has solved it.
That would be good, considered the user could actually have a choose to opt out the telemetry. Windows don’t ask you about gathering data for telemetry or “other” reasons.
that’s possibly the best explanation of the difference between a corporate social or other media and a decentralised open source one.
I used to be an adventurer like you. Then I took an arrow in the knee…
