With the open kernel modules you don’t have to do that anymore
It’s usually that way for a reason, is my thinking
Ah alright, I get it now
I’m just confused
Uhhh what
This absolute loon is asking permission from his tools
I was just saying that way you said it does seem to assume others understood you’re talking about the US. If you specify it (“we in the US”) then that avoids the whole issue.
Yes it does imo, and the “we” would include everyone else as part of that city, which is what bothers some people.
I’ve had people be absolutely furious when I didn’t specify that the country I was talking about was Finland and not the US.
“We should do X”
“But we do, here’s a link”
“That’s about the US, not Finland”
“Why would you assume we know you’re from Finland??”
It’s pretty funny and I admit that I do it on purpose.
“We need this as a city” and “we need this in my city” have a different meaning imo. First one makes it sound like you’re including us in your “we”, as in the people in your city.
If I said “we need public transit as a city” am I assuming that everyone lives in my city or am I simply talking about my own city?
I mean you meant the US, though, right?
Please don’t use AI for simple things like this.
Simple things seems like the best use of AI
Friends, family using Jellyfin is the reason many have it directly available (and not behind VPN for example).
It definitely was lol
You’re not supposed to have to do it to the same degree as you do with AI
It seems pretty understandable that companies wouldn’t allow it, it’s more that if it is illegal (like in some places) then that gets into really sketchy territory imo.
I’ve put it behind WireGuard since only my wife and I use it. Otherwise I’d just use Caddy or other such reverse proxy that does https and then keep Jellyfin and Caddy up to date.
I wouldn’t think it needs to have child porn in the training data to be able to generate it. It has porn as the data, it knows what kids look like, merge the two. I think that works for anything AI knows about, make this resemble this.
