i have a kobo libra 2 and it’s served me very well. I sail the high seas for most of my books and I haven’t had any issues at all loading content onto it, it’s always fast and responsive, and I cannot understate how nice having physical page turn buttons is. highly recommend if you can find one, though theyve been mostly discontinued to make room for the color model that came out recently (would not recommend the color version, color e-ink is very hit or miss right now and it’s not worth the screen quality trade-off).

you can go through the community hubs/reviews of basically any WW2/military shooter or strategy game and see multiple people with Hitler avatars, swastikas, black suns, anything you can think of. it’s extremely prevalent.

hell, just going through the HOI4 community hub and in the first 30 seconds of scrolling I’ve come across at least 3 nazi posts. the forums are completely unmoderated, going through the discussions and I’ve already found multiple instances of straight up holocaust denial/glorification. it’s absolutely rampant.

I feel like, if you’re going to play a souls game for the first time you should play Elden Ring, because it’s the kind of game that’s only as hard as you want it to be. Elden Ring is in this interesting spot of being open world, meaning that if a particular boss or area is too challenging, you can fuck off and do something else for a bit, then come back when you’re better leveled/better geared/more practiced etc. I feel like you don’t really get this with other souls games, which are more linear in their structure.

that said, I don’t think any souls game is really an insurmountable challenge, especially Bloodborne. sure, you might suck when you first start it, but once you get the hang of the combat, dodging, etc you should be fine.

I will say, as someone who has been looking for a simple way to install Linux on my Windows desktop at home, this is incredibly useful. Doubly so as I’m not very experienced with installing OS’s and Linux can look very intimidating to an outsider looking in!
