La-Mulana would have to be one of my top picks. With the catchy music, the “fuck you” difficulty, and the classic adventure theme really makes it stand out in my mind.

It looks like there are a few games I was slightly interested in trying at some point, but not enough to buy them, but having so many together as a single purchase, I couldn’t resist. I even paid the default price of $20 instead of $10.
Shadow of the Collossus
I have a keyboard with 10 macro keys, 5 on each side. I don’t have a whole lot of uses for them except when using Blender, I have buttons set to switch between vertex, edges, and face selection modes, one to zoom in on the selected objects, and another one or buttons to quickly scale things down to zero on a single axis.
Then I set another mode to do some repetetive things in Dwarf Fortress.
I don’t remember if it was on sale, but I got 10 Dead Doves on a whim and I’m not dissapointed so far.
I have a Laravel app I’ve been maintaining for about ten years that will make you hate PHP as well.
I wouldn’t say no to another Echo Night.
I don’t think I ever got more than $200 in a month. But I keep the money in a separate account and only use it for game dev or business stuff.
Happens to me almost every month. Good thing I didn’t quit my day job.
I don’t typically go for racing games, but I have fond memories of playing Extreme-G on the N64. It had wepons, high speeds, and a soundtrack that tricked a young me into thinking I might like techno music.
I didn’t migrate yet because I was five years into a project that I can only work on in my spare time, but you can bet that if I ever start another game, I’m looking at a different engine.
I had one years ago with internet explorer that ended up being because “console.log” was not defined in that browser unless you had the console window open. That was fun to troublshoot.
Also me at work.
I think this is the only thread where I actually haven’t seen any of the games before.
Another game I enjoyed was The Eternal Castle (remastered). It’s a remake of a game from 1987. The animation is great and the visual style is really cool.

I always like to give a mention to Your Spider. There are very few reviews (one of which are mine), but the game definitely deserves more attention.
I open the text file where my powershell history is stored when the command I want isn’t recent enough.
I liked the music in La-Mulana 1&2.
I was browsing the list of games last night. There are so many that you can just scroll for hours.
Far Cry 3 was the game that got me to stop buying Ubisoft games. I enjoyed the game, but when someone invited me to an online match (something that almost never happened for me) I found that playing online required some U-Play account or whatever they called it, and it cost $10. I tried the free account code that came with the game, but my brother already used it. So at that point I was pissed. I didn’t play online often, but it would’ve been nice to play with one of the very few friends I had without being expected to pay more money for the game I already paid for.
Fuck Ubisoft. I hope that company burns.
